General Return Guidelines

• You can return items within 30 days of delivery*.
• To qualify for a return, items must be:
  • Unused, uninstalled, and in like-new condition.
  • Free from scratches, dents, or defects.
  • In their original packaging with all parts, manuals, and accessories included.

*Restocking fees may apply to certain items. Please refer to the Restocking Fees by Brand section for details.

Returning an Item

How It Works:

1. Log in to your account on account.bathify.ca to begin the return process or create an account if you don't have one.
2. Select the order(s) you wish to return, and submit your return request.
3. Follow the return instructions provided to return your item.

Items must be shipped within 30 days of delivery to qualify for a return.
